Serving 4 Stroke Sand Volleyball Tournament

Your Next Play has chosen the American Stroke Foundation as beneficiary of this year’s volleyball tournament. These stroke survivors and their families have made a decision to move on to their next play and have chosen the ASF as their playing field. Without additional funds, the ASF is limited on the number of stroke survivors that they are able to assist and the variety of programs that they are able to offer.

About American Stroke Foundation

Did you know that strokes are the number one cause of adult disability and the third leading cause of death in the United States? The American Stroke Foundation is a non-profit organization and wellness center, providing post-rehabilitative services to stroke survivors. The center offers classes in fitness, verbal communication, "Those Darn Arms", and has support groups for survivors and caregivers. Learning and practicing these life skills is a very crucial part of recovering from a stroke. Through these programs, stroke survivors are able to relearn or regain basic skills such as speaking, eating, dressing, and walking.
